Our beautiful luxury beachfront townhouse with majestic sea views is just steps away from Los Monteros beach, an idyllic spot with fine golden sand — the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday. Thanks to its calm waters, this beach is perfect for a relaxing swim, even for the little ones due to its shallow depth and low waves.

The Bahía de Marbella area is perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. Very close to the residential complex, you’ll find La Cabane Beach Club, a luxury beach club where you can enjoy a VIP Mediterranean experience — the perfect place to unwind.

If you’d like to savour Spanish and international cuisine, nearby restaurants and beach bars include Hipopotamos Beach (Spanish and Mexican dishes), Restaurante La Flores (known for its seafood and rice dishes), and Restaurante El Mangaleta (a fantastic choice for fresh seafood and paella).

Golf lovers are also in luck, with Santa Clara and Rio Real golf courses just minutes away.

And for a more cosmopolitan experience, Marbella is only a 5-minute drive and Puerto Banús just 12 minutes away.

The house is distributed over three floors and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, living-dining room, kitchen, solarium, terrace and private garage.

A spacious living-dining room flooded with natural light thanks to large windows opening onto a beautiful terrace. The décor features elegant and comfortable furniture, carefully selected to provide style and relaxation. The large chaise longue seats up to 6 people — ideal for movie nights with the smart TV (1,000+ international channels) and the cosy electric fireplace. The dining area includes a solid wood table with four chairs and a bench, perfect for dinners with family or friends.

The 20 m² terrace offers fresh air and space to enjoy outdoor dining with a stylish outdoor table and chairs.

The fully modern, open-style kitchen is fitted with white marble and top-of-the-line appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s also equipped with all necessary kitchenware: dishes, cutlery, glasses and cookware.

On this floor, there’s also direct access to the private garage through an internal door — offering added convenience when parking your car.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom (en suite) has a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), built-in wardrobes, a desk, a smart TV, and stunning sea views. Its private bathroom includes double sinks and a walk-in shower.

The third floor is entirely dedicated to leisure and offers enviable sea views. With over 45 m² of space, the solarium is partially covered with a retractable glass curtain. It includes a sunbathing area with loungers to enjoy Marbella’s 320+ days of sunshine per year, a chill-out corner with an L-shaped sofa and a coffee table to take in the best sunsets, and an outdoor kitchen with cupboards, sink, BBQ and grill — perfect for year-round use. On this floor, you’ll also find the washer and dryer.

We provide bed linen and bath towels during your stay. Beach towels are available for a small additional fee. For your safety, the property complies with all legal regulations and includes a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX | Las Dunas Urbanisation ⤵️

The property is located in a beachfront complex with a communal pool (open from 10:00 to 21:30, June 15 to August 31 — subject to availability), beautiful green areas and 24-hour concierge service.

There is direct access to the beach from inside the residential complex, allowing you to reach the sea without needing a car.
