Who am I – About Me!

My name is Klaas Kramer! Born and raised in Friesland, A province in the north of the Netherlands. I moved to Amsterdam to attend the Hotel Management School. Although I never really wanted to leave, since 2006, I have found my second home in the beautiful and vibrant Marbella.

My work includes the buying and selling of properties, as well as long-term rentals. Additionally, I coordinate property renovations with my team, an activity I not only see as work but also as my hobby and passion.

To acquire new business, I hardly advertise at all. Most new clients come through referrals from existing relationships, something I am of course very proud of. My work has brought me many friendships.

I strive to distinguish myself by offering honest, independent, and expert advice. When it comes to buying guidance, I am not the type of pushy salesperson. I have a long-term vision. Over the years, I’ve built a reliable network of professionals across various disciplines, which I am happy to share with my clients.
